This floating lettering router bit undercuts letters cut with conventional router bits to make them stand out. This bit will make any sign much more dramatic.

The ¼″ shank of the bit follows existing sign lettering while the carbide edge creates a ⅛″ × ⅛″ undercut. The result is 3D lettering that appears to float above the surface of your workpiece giving you a unique accent on signage.
